Mystery Experience Portal

Once your order is placed, it progresses to the Processing phase. During this phase, our TMB algorithm takes the lead, carefully picking random items for your Mystery Box to enhance your experience. You will receive an email that provides access to the Mystery Experience Portal, where you can monitor the progress of your order.

In the Mystery Experience Portal, you’ll find:

  • Updates on the status of your order
  • The boxes selected for your order
  • Option to Reveal and Exchange items
  • The remaining processing time
  • Important messages from our team
  • Shipment tracking information
  • Options to add to your order
  • An invitation to join the VIP club
  • An option for faster shipping
  • And other features

Here’s how the item selection for your Mystery Box works:

Initially, the TMB algorithm determines the number of items in your box, which will vary depending on your Mystery Experience Level and the variant of the Mystery Box you ordered. TMB algorithm then selects the appropriate size box to ensure all your items fit perfectly.

Your Mystery Experience Portal will update to show the selected boxes for your order.

The algorithm then checks product availability with our suppliers. If any item is out of stock and cannot be sourced in a reasonable amount of time, it will be replaced with a similar item to keep the process moving efficiently.

Important Notice: All Mystery Box Experiences are crafted for customers seeking exciting gift experiences that are especially great for birthdays and parties. We only sell Mystery Box Experiences and in no way do we offer customers to win any high-value items. Most importantly, please note that we DO NOT offer any discounted electronics, fishing gear, or other items besides our Mystery-themed experiences which can sometimes be on sale. Customers can purchase different thematic Mystery Box Experiences and the Mystery concludes with a physical, themed Mystery box unboxing at home to reveal a selection of unknown, themed items.

The value of items in your Mystery themed gift box will depend on your Mystery Experience Level. Higher-level customers will receive higher-tier items, while customers who order their first Mystery Box experience will receive lower-tier items. With each order and interaction, the Mystery Experience Level will increase and the included surprise items will be of higher tier categories, and usually, they will be more valuable than the lower tier categories as well.

Bonus Tip: There are steps you can take to increase the assigned product Rarity! Order Mystery Coins to reach a higher Mystery Experience Level and gain access to higher Rarity products!

All items will be assigned based on the customer’s Mystery Experience Level and item Rarity. For a full list of item Rarity, please visit our Available Items List page. Once all assigned items are gathered and stored in our supplier’s warehouse, the Processing phase concludes. The Mystery Experience Portal will then update with tracking information for each box.

This means that your themed Mystery Boxes have been shipped out! You can track them using the Track button. After some anticipation, you will be able to enjoy the Unboxing of your Mystery Box experience at home!
