Our refund and returns policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In case of ordering any of our Mystery Box Experiences, you can exchange items unlimited times in your Mystery Experience Portal before shipping by purchasing Mystery Coins. After your box has been shipped out the assigned items are final and we will only exchange faulty items. If any item in your Mystery gift box is defective, please get in touch with our Customer Support team for a free replacement.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase that includes the order number and your full name.
Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouse or try to return it before our Customer Support team has approved the return and special return instructions have been given otherwise we will not be able to refund you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Mystery Box Experiences
Your Mystery Box Experience is a 3 step process that starts right after you’ve completed your purchase in the Mystery Box Experience Portal. Play a thrilling Mystery game, where you can watch the algorithm assign an unknown Mystery Box to your order with thousands of product variations based on your Mystery Experience Level and chosen Mystery Box variant. If you want to experience even more thrill, purchase Mystery Coins to interact with the algorithm and increase your Mystery Experience Level which will increase the assigned item value and Rarity. You can find out what items got assigned to your Mystery Box by using Mystery Coins to Reveal your Mystery Box. If you are not happy with the assigned items, you can keep exchanging the assigned items using Mystery Coins until you find a box for your liking. We can not offer a refund for any of our Mystery Box Experiences after the algorithm has been launched and has started processing your order. As this is a game of Mystery, please consider that if you do not Reveal and Exchange items before shipping, you might receive items you don’t like and they won’t be exchanged or refunded. Each exchange will increase the value of items in your Mystery Box!
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our Customer Support team.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please contact our Customer Support team via the Contact Us section.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
